Everybody Loves A Parade…

We are bringing back the Holiday Parade and we want you to be a part of it!
 
Canton Township and Canton Local officials have agreed to support a committee of community volunteers to plan and execute a fabulous evening Holiday Parade and Community Party.
 
Here’s what we have planned so far:
  • Save the date: Saturday December 7, 2024
  • The parade will commence at 5PM and run north on Cleveland Ave S from 45th/Ridge to Southgate Commons.
  • We have arranged with Creative Floats in Dover to be our float provider
  • Float options include lights and music. Sponsorships available.
  • A Winterfest Party is planned to start after the parade around 6:30PM at Faircrest Park and will include Santa, music, refreshments and a tree lighting ceremony.

Winterfest 
Winterfest event will follow the conclusion of the parade at 6:30PM at Faircrest Park. Current plans include a special visit by Santa Claus himself who will be available for meeting with children (photo opportunities will be provided), music, face painting, a tree lighting ceremony, refreshments and more; all in our beautifully decorated Faircrest Park.

We are offering sponsorships for the Winterfest Event. Three sponsorship levels Platinum $500, Gold $300 and Friends of Winterfest $100 as described in the enclosed form.

 $500 Platinum -

• Large logo on Marquee Sign at CSHS, Faircrest Park and all Canton Township Digital Signs the Week of the Event

$300 Gold -
